TENDER PERENNIAL. This hybrid of ‘Arp’ Rosemary is considered to be the most hardy of all Rosemarys. Has blue flowers in summer. Grows 1 to 3 feet tall. Also known as ‘Hill Hardy’. Good flavor and aroma.
