Fennel Bronze

PERENNIAL. Big, beautiful, bronzy-purple feathery plumes. Grows 3 to 4 feet tall. The leaves, which have a mild anise flavor are great in salads or on fish. Attracts swallowtail caterpillars and butterflies. Do not grow near dill, as the two can cross pollinate and produce weird flavorless offspring.
